Q: What is the turnaround time for receiving the framed canvas?

A: We aim to despatch all orders 48 hours from receiving the artwork. This however depends on the extent and number of changes we need to apply to the design. From the final approval of the artwork we print and dispatch the product within 24 hours. Standard delivery takes two working days.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept all major credit cards via our secure payment portal. Alternatively we accept cheque payments. Please note we cannot commence the process unless the payment has cleared.

Q: At what resolution should I provide my image?

A: We usually advise our clients to provide us with the highest resolution image possible. Please be assured that we will not go ahead with the print unless we are fully satisfied with the image quality. If any problems arise in the process, we will contact you and advise on further actions.

Q: Can I see the final proof prior to printing?

A: Yes. If we take up any design work on your image, we keep you updated on the project. If you are not entirely satisfied with the image, we will implement the necessary changes so that you are 100% satisfied with the final proof.

Q: Does my print come ready to hang?

A: Yes. All you need is a few nails or a string to hang your finished canvas.

Q: How do I maintain and clean the print?

A: As canvas is a natural fabric-like substance, it reacts in different environments. Canvas prints can last for decades if appropriately cared for and perform best when kept away from excessive heat or humidity. You can keep it clean by occasionally dusting the surface with a dry cloth.
